After we receive your check or money order, (Should be sent within 3 days from booking) we will send you a final confirmation of your date, time, and money received. If you would like to use a debit or credit card for your deposit please call (865) 453-9117. All confirmations are sent via email unless otherwise requested.
For our wedding-only packages (in the chapel, in the cabin, or most outdoor locations) we require a $45.00 deposit. If you are booking a wedding and a bride's or groom's cake the deposit amount will be $45.00 plus the cost of the cake(s). If you need to cancel for any reason after your confirmation has been sent out by us, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged. If you should cancel less than 14 days prior to your wedding date no refunds will be issued. If you have a verifiable medical emergency in your immediate family within the 14 day period you may reschedule your wedding service without penalty.
If you are being married in the National Park, the deposit amount is $145.00, of which $100.00 is non-refundable. The balance ($45.00) is 90% refundable up to 15 days before your wedding date. If, for any reason, you are unable to use the National Park location you have a permit for at the time the permit is issued for, there will be no refunds issued for the Application or Permit fees. If you have an outdoor wedding scheduled and it is raining we will allow you to use the chapel for your wedding service providing there is no prior booking in the chapel at that time.

Our basic cabin wedding includes the music, minister's fee and a keepsake certificate. Wedding service is performed in any Timber Tops cabin. For a limited time we also offer "Complimentary Digital Photography" with our Basic Cabin Wedding. We will take at least 12-24 digital photographs with our equipment and post them on a website, purchase of any prints is optional and very reasonable. (We cannot combine comp digitals & other photo packages.)
Here are some options to add to your basic cabin wedding...
Our minister takes a 24-exposure roll of film and gives you the film to develop however you choose. Very good quality for a very reasonable price.
We set up a stationary video camera and hand you the full-size DVD at the conclusion of the service. We "mic" the minister so that the sound quality is excellent, you will be pleased with the result. Sorry, no titling or editing.
Celebrate the joining of your two seperate lives into one with the traditional Unity Candle Service. We bring a unity candle stand, two side candles and a decorated pillar candle to set the mood for this romantic service. You keep the decorated pillar candle.
For everyone with a need for sweets! We provide a tastefully decorated white on white 8'' single-layer butter cream cake, a bottle of non-alcoholic champagne, and two 6 oz glass champagne flutes to keep. This cake can serve up to eight people, If you have a bigger group and would like a larger cake, let us know your needs.
This is a great cake if you are inviting your whole clan! The bottom tier is a 9 inch two layer cake, and the top tier a 6 inch also two layers thick. The top layer is great to keep for your first Anniversary, and the bottom layer can be shared with all your guests. As you can see this is a wonderfully decorated cake and sure to impress even Aunt Bessie. We have a large variety of cakes styles and sizes available, so just chedk out our cake gallery. Most cakes will be slightlu higher than the $100.00 base rate.

Very delicious, and very impressive. This is a double chocolate layer with a cream filling in the middle, topped with choclate frosting and garnished with hand dipped chocolate strawberries. Oh ya,, the whole cake is "droozled" with chocolate too. This is a 12" lower layer and a 6" upper layer. Can be made in white chocolate as a bride's cake.
The same scrumcious chocolate upon chocolate delight but with a double 10" lower layer and double 6" upper layer.

Outdoor Weddings
With Smoky Mountain Cabin Weddings you have several options for your outdoor wedding service. You may be married in the National Park or Patriot Park Gazebo in downtown Pigeon Forge.
The National Park locations available are in the Greenbriar area (a beautiful wooded setting with a mountain river) and Cataract Falls (a nice waterfall backdrop for your service. We are a licensed wedding provider for services in the Smokies. There is a strict limit of 20 guests allowed in the park, and we need two week's notice to get the permit for either park location.
The Creekside Cove Chapel area is a wooded setting with a scenic bridge over a decorative pond, a gazebo, and lots of native landscaping. One of the best assets of Creekside Cove is that if it happens to be raining we can just step inside the chapel for your wedding.
Patriot Park Gazebo can be reserved from the Pigeon Forge Recreation Department for free. We will be happy to make those arrangements for you.
The basic outdoor wedding service at Creekside Cove includes site rental, minister's fee and 10 4x6 prints and a keepsake certificate.
Outdoor Wedding at the National Park
Enjoy your outdoor wedding service by a beautiful mountain river at the Greenbriar area of the National Park, or in front of Cataract Falls. The Greenbriar area is just about 5 miles and Cataract falls is just a couple of miles from downtown Gatlinburg. Both of these scenic locations require a permit from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park with at least two week's notice. Wedding services start at just $210 and include the minister's fee, application and permit fees, and keepsake certificate. Professional photography packages B and C are available at these locations, limit of 20 guests, please.

Patriot Park is located in downtown Pigeon Forge and brags a nice gazebo. Wedding services can be arranged here by reserving the gazebo through the Pigeon Forge Parks and Recreation Department. Wedding services at Patriot Park are $110.00 and include minister's fee, complimentary digital photography* and keepsake certificate. Other photography and videography services available for an additional fee.
Complimentary Digital Photography is simple we take at least 12-24 photos with our professional digital equipment and post them on a website. Purchase of any prints is optional and very reasonable (just $2.00 for a 4x6).

If you want the ease of a Gatlinburg Wedding Chapel, consider our primitive chapel, Creekside Cove. It is located about 15 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge, so is convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It easily seats up to 25 guests, but is just as appropriate for just the two of you. All services in this romantic log cabin chapel are conducted by candlelight with soft classical music as the backdrop.
You will find we are different from other chapels, less rigid, more relaxed, fewer "rules." We pride ourselves in providing the same personalized service that has made us the number one cabin wedding provider in the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area. Of course if you want to have a more structured environment with lots of "guidelines" and a cookie-cutter atmosphere, then we will be glad to make some recommendations...if you are looking for a chapel that allows you to relax, have fun and enjoy getting married, then give us a call!

You can order a bride’s cake, groom’s cake or both to be delivered to the Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge restaurant of your choice for your reception with fee delivery. If you are having your reception at your rental cabin you can have the cake delivered to the chapel to take with you after your wedding service. We offer a variety of cakes in sizes that will be great whether your group is small and intimate or a larger celebration. Cakes are priced by style and size you need, so select the style from our gallery of wedding cakes and give us a call to find out the price.
